Mental Health

Alzheimer's disease is not a normal aspect of ageing. Dementia may be brought on by illness, drug interactions, vision and hearing problems, infections, dietary imbalances, diabetes, and renal failure. There are many different types of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease, and some of them are temporary. Accurate diagnosis demands supervision and support. The most common mental health issue affecting adults in their latter years is depression. If depression in the elderly is not treated, it might result in suicide. Unbelievably, older white men—including teenagers—have a greater suicide rate than any other age group.
